Retail Sales Assistant – Part time

Top Party Supplies is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

The position:
Part time, 2 days per week
Tuesday or Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Must be available to work on Sundays

About the role:
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Assist customers with party and baking supplies
Operate the POS and process sales
Inflate and prepare helium balloons for customers
Prepare balloon orders and assist with balloon arrangements
Restock and organise products
Keep the store clean and tidy
General retail duties

About you:
Friendly, reliable and responsible
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Retail experience is preferred but not essential
Experience with balloons is a bonus, but full training will be provided
Comfortable working with helium balloons
Able to work independently and as part of a tea
