About the job Senior Change Analyst - Contract

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Change Analyst to join a major transformation initiative within a complex operational setting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of recent systems, processes, and ways of working by driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and sustainable change outcomes across the organisation.

This is initially a 6-month contract with the high likelihood of rolling extensions for the right candidate located in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Vic.

The requisite skills and experience defined below, and
At least 3 years of local experience in the capacity of a Senior Change Manager.

About the role:

As the Senior Change Analyst, you will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and deliver comprehensive change strategies that support successful program outcomes. You will work across multiple business units, helping employees navigate change while building organisational capability and readiness.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
At least 3 years experience as a Senior Change Analyst




Significant experience delivering change management activities within large-scale transformation programs
Proven success managing technology-enabled change initiatives such as ERP, digital, or operational system implementations
Strong knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR
Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and multiple business functions
The ability to influence and build solid relationships at all levels of an organisation
Experience operating within complex operational, infrastructure, aviation, logistics, or regulated environments
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline (desirable)
Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification (desirable)
Be a great communicator verbally, written and presentations
Be able to work individually against assigned tasks and collaborately with in a team environment.
