Your role - Coach:
Deliver high-energy, motivating, and secure F45 group training sessions
Build relationships and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
Assist with studio operations and contribute to our positive, inclusive culture
Bring the fun. Our members love coaches who bring personality and energy to every session

Your role - Senior Coach:
Coaching and Floor Leadership
Deliver fun, high-energy,



motivating, and safe F45 group training sessions
Follow programming and coaching standards including Hyrox and Lift Club sessions
Monitor, train and support other coaches to maintain consistent coaching quality
Deliver high-energy, motivating, and protected F45 group training sessions
Build relationships and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
Assist with studio operations and contribute to our positive, inclusive culture
Bring the fun. Our members love coaches who bring personality and energy to every session

What we’re looking for:
Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or working towards)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Current WWVP card or ability to obtain
A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed

Bonus points if you:
Love the F45 brand and style of training
Have group training or personal training experience
Thrive in a community-driven environment

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
