TPAN23 PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and skilled Nail Technician to join our team on a full time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nail services, maintaining high standards of client care and hygiene, and delivering quality treatments suited to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Consult with clients to identify their nail-care needs, preferred nail shapes, colours, designs and desired treatment outcomes.

2.⁠ ⁠Examine the condition of clients’ natural nails, hands, cuticles and surrounding skin, and recommend suitable professional nail treatments.

3.⁠ ⁠Perform professional manicures, including nail preparation, shaping, buffing, cuticle care, exfoliation, moisturising and specialised hand treatments.

4.⁠ ⁠Apply, maintain and safely remove artificial nail enhancements, including Japanese gel, extensions and overlays.

5.⁠ ⁠Create decorative nail art and customised nail designs according to individual client preferences.

6.⁠ ⁠Perform nail repairs, infills, rebalancing and corrective treatments for natural and artificial nails.





7.⁠ ⁠Evaluate nail-treatment techniques and nail-care products to determine their suitability, durability and safety for individual clients.

8.⁠ ⁠Provide qualified advice on nail maintenance, aftercare, treatment intervals and suitable home-care products.

9.⁠ ⁠Sanitise and sterilise tools, disinfect treatment areas and comply with salon hygiene, infection-control and workplace safety procedures.

10.⁠ ⁠Receive bookings, arrange treatment appointments and maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.

Requirements
Confidence and demonstrated experience working with Japanese Gel systems.
At least a relevant qualification in Nail Technology, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Solid manicure, e-file and nail preparation skills.
Experience with gel, nail extensions, overlays, infills and nail art.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and client consultation skills.
Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation and infection-control procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $79,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
