Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing maintenance department, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Lead and support plumbing team members through all project phases, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Recruit, train, and manage plumbing staff, providing guidance to maintain top-notch workmanship and customer service.
Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Prepare accurate reports and quotes for clients, ensuring clear communication.
Provide courteous and skilled customer service, maintaining solid relationships with clients.

Skills & Requirements:




Certificate IV in Plumbing & Services.
Proven experience in a plumbing manager or supervisory role.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
Proficient in job management systems (Aroflo preferred).
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive approach to planning labor and managing project timelines.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing demands.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Skilled in working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to health and safety standards.
