Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.
Provide direct clinical care, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, continence management, and chronic disease support.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making timely adjustments to care plans.
Educate clients, families, and carers on health management and preventative care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, allied health specialists, and support workers.
Document all care provided in line with skilled and organisational standards.
Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
Support and mentor enrolled nurses and support staff as required.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $57,081.35 – $116,803.56 per year
