Salary: $40 per hour + superannuation

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

About the Role

Our client George & Company Painting Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing work across residential and/or commercial projects.

Potential sponsorship available to eligible candidate.

Tasks and Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching and filling as required.
Apply paints, primers, stains and protective coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
Complete interior and exterior painting works to a high standard.
Protect furniture, flooring and surrounding areas before commencing work.
Repair cracks, holes and surface imperfections.




Ensure clean and professional finishes with attention to detail.
Maintain painting tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organised and protected.
Complete projects within agreed timeframes and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of previous work experience as a Painter.
Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
Must have your own reliable car/vehicle.
Must have your own painting tools and equipment.
Must be available to work Monday to Saturday.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
