Sue's Burgers and Shakes (Yes! The Tik Tok Famous Restaurant) in Westfield Carindale is on the hunt for a Superstar Front of House Supervisor / Shift Leaders who can assist with maintaining day to day FoH operations and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

The ideal applicant will first and foremost be people orientated! This applicant will bring previous experience in a similar environment, pride themselves on achieving high quality customer service, food and safety standards and lead by example.

Qualifications & experience
1 Year Experience in a Fast Paced Restaurant, Café or Burger Joint (or similar environment)

Tasks & responsibilities
Assisting with meeting and maintaining set budgets in the following areas Wages, Food Cost and Wastage
Assisting with Daily Stock Controls: Prep levels,



Inventory control, stock rotation, Food Preparation
Assisting with supervising and leading and coaching FoH staff to achieve efficient and high quality service standards and maintaining acceptable wait times
Assisting with or opening and closing the restaurant

Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
