Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand – Rococo Hawthorn

Employment: Casual / Part time

Availability: Evenings, weekends and public holidays

Rococo Hawthorn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.

Key responsibilities:
Washing dishes, cooking equipment and kitchen utensils
Keeping the dishwashing area clean, secure and organised
Assisting with basic food preparation when required
Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and kitchen equipment
Emptying rubbish and correctly separating waste
Receiving and storing deliveries when required
Following all food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures
Supporting chefs during busy service periods
Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties

What we’re looking for:
Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen




Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically capable of lifting, standing and moving throughout the shift
Available for nights, weekends and public holidays
Previous kitchen-hand or dishwashing experience is preferred, but training can be provided
Must have valid Australian working rights
