Waterwavesland Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Sales Assistant to join our business in Dural, NSW. We are involved in the import and retail sale of building and outdoor products.

This is a permanent full time position for 38 hours per week.

Main duties include:
Receiving and checking incoming stock and deliveries
Organising and maintaining the warehouse
Preparing customer orders
Assisting customers with loading and collecting products
Providing friendly customer service and assisting with sales
Answering phone calls and responding to basic emails
Preparing easy invoices and assisting with basic computer/admin tasks
Keeping the warehouse and customer areas clean and organised
Assisting with general day-to-day business operations

About you:
Positive spoken and written English
Friendly,



reliable and punctual
Comfortable dealing with customers
Basic computer and email skills
Able to perform normal warehouse duties, including handling products safely
Previous warehouse, retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred
A current Australian driver licence and reliable transport are preferred
Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
Must have valid working rights in Australia

Location: Dural NSW 2158
Pay: $32–$35 per hour + super, depending on experience

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
