Your Duties Will Include:
Communicating with owners and tenants
Managing your own portfolio of approximately 110 properties
Completing lease renewals
Booking and conducting routine inspections




Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
Issuing breach notices as required
Managing day-to-day property management responsibilities

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and ready to grow their career.
Previous experience within property management is essential - Assistant / Admin / Receptionist experience are encouraged to apply
Solid communication and organisational skills
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is a must
Current Queensland Driver License is a must
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become the best version of themselves
