Based in Perth, our client provides electrical, plumbing and roofing services to the Perth community. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Roof Plumber to join their team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roof plumbing works across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Installation of gutters and downpipes
Assessing plans and technical specifications to determine appropriate roofing layouts and construction materials.
Fabricating, installing and repairing rainwater goods including gutters, downpipes and flashings
Installation of roof sheeting and tin sheets
General roof plumbing maintenance and repairs
Identifying roofing issues and recommending suitable repairs
Working safely at heights and following all WHS requirements
Communicating professionally with clients, builders, and team members
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines

Requirements




Cert III in relevant trade plus 2 years relevant work experience or Cert IV in relevant trade advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Roof Plumber
Experience with guttering, downpipes, flashings, and metal roofing systems
Ability to read plans and measurements accurately
White Card (or ability to obtain)
Robust work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in both residential and commercial roofing projects
