A busy and well-established fastener company based in Eastern Creek is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator to join their growing team.

About the Role

As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

You will act as the key link between the warehouse, office, and transport providers to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and workflow
Process customer orders and prepare dispatch documentation
Generate and print shipping labels and consignment notes
Liaise with freight companies and transport providers
Monitor and track outgoing shipments




Maintain accurate data entry and system records
Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy
Provide high-level customer service via phone and email

About You
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination
Strong administrative and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace
Solid communication skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
