Job Description

Westpac is seeking a Personal Banker at our city branch. You will engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover financial needs, refer to specialist teams, and coach clients on digital banking.

The role blends sales and service, with accountability for sales and referral targets, and a commitment to helping customers make the most of their money. Full time, 38 hours per week, branch-based schedule.
