BlueCare is seeking an experienced Practice Lead to join our centralised Clinical Care Governance and Risk team in Queensland. You will lead embedding our quality framework to improve consumer experience and continuous improvement across residential services, reviewing policies and tools to ensure protected, high-quality care.

You will apply knowledge of regulatory requirements, drive improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders while travelling to locations across Queensland.
