Increw Group Solutions is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Underground Production Operators to join our team in the Emerald region.

We are looking for adaptable, multi-skilled mining professionals who can integrate quickly into established operations, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and contribute effectively across a range of underground production activities.

Underground Operators

If you have proven underground mining experience and skills in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you:
Multi Bolter
Shuttle Car
Breaker Feeder
Drift Runner
LHD

Successful candidates will be expected to work effectively as part of an experienced underground team, support production targets, and maintain the highest standards of safety and operational performance.

Miner Drivers / Trainer Assessors

We are seeking experienced Miner Drivers / Trainer Assessors who can safely and efficiently operate a continuous miner while supporting production activities and maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and operational performance. If you have the experience, skills and safety mindset to succeed in an underground production workplace, apply now!

What You Can Expect




7 days on / 7 days off – day and night shift rotations.
Accommodation and meals provided, if required.

About You

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:
Proven underground mining experience relevant to the position applied.

A reliable, professional and proactive approach to work.
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced underground production environment.
A current Manual Queensland Driver Licence, Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.
Sub-contracting opportunity available.
