Key responsibilities
Craft uniquely authentic travel experiences for clients
Design bespoke itineraries
Provide exceptional customer service
Utilise GDS systems and wholesaler booking platforms

About you
A genuine passion for travel
Exceptional customer service skills with a vibrant, positive attitude
Solid computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
Knowledge of travel products and destinations
Personal travel experience that fuels your enthusiasm
Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and wholesaler booking platforms is a plus




Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and a sense of humour
Robust interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude
