Job Description

Qube is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead regional maintenance across the Mid-West operation in Australia. The role focuses on protected, compliant, reliable and cost-effective asset availability, reporting to the General Manager and aligning with production and customer needs.

You will oversee workshop teams, drive maintenance strategies, coordinate major overhauls, and lead continuous improvement across multiple sites within the Qube Bulk division.
