ABOUT THE ROLE

· Immediate start available.

· Consistent casual Full time hours available.

· Predominantly day shifts, with optional overtime and occasional night works.

· Depot-to-depot work.

· State-of-the-art tools, vehicles, and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Implement and manage traffic guidance schemes across a wide range of worksites.

· Set up, monitor, maintain, and pack down traffic control sites in line with approved plans and safety requirements.

· Lead traffic control crews on site and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

· Operate and manage traffic control devices, signage, and equipment.

· Liaise with clients, supervisors, work crews, and members of the public.

· Maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and clean work environment.

· Complete required site checks, documentation, and reporting.





· Bring a positive attitude, robust communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a growing team.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE

· Current TMI Accreditation.

· White Card.

· Current QLD Traffic Control Licence.

· Current driver’s licence.

· Experience implementing traffic management plans and leading crews highly regarded.

· Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and traffic management standards.
