Test Manager

Location: Darwin, NT (Onsite), Contract to June 2027

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across a large and complex technology setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a testing qualified who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders, leading testing teams, and driving quality outcomes across multiple streams of work.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage test strategies, plans and schedules.
Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
Coordinate testing resources and manage testing deliverables.
Oversee defect management, test reporting and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project delivery staff.
Monitor testing progress,



risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide explicit communication and reporting to project and program stakeholders.
Promote testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Test Manager or senior testing leadership role.
Strong understanding of test management methodologies and testing lifecycles.
Experience managing complex testing programs and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Experience working within Agile and/or traditional project delivery frameworks.

Essential Requirements
Ability to work onsite in Darwin, Northern Territory.
National Police Check (NPC).
Working With Children Clearance (WWC)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
