Our preferred candidates
We prefer candidates with more than 4 years experience as a WHS Co-ordinator although training & mentoring is available for the right person
Sound working knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2017
Practical hazard identification and risk assessment skills in a fabrication, manufacturing or construction environment
Ability to coach, influence and build rapport with contractors,



frontline workers and supervisors
Experience supporting incident reporting and investigation
Good written and verbal communication, including delivering toolbox talks and inductions
Sound computer literacy and confidence using WHS systems and Microsoft Office
Honest and reliable personal qualities
Solid organisational skills and excellent at prioritising
Someone that takes pride in their work
