Hotel Allen has recently undergone an exciting refurbishment, giving the venue a fresh new look - and we're looking for a Full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.

If you have solid experience working on the grill and enjoy working in a busy, high-volume kitchen, this could be your next prospect.

Our menu features a strong grill offering alongside pub classics, seafood, pasta, burgers and seasonal dishes, so you'll have the opportunity to work across a varied kitchen operation.

The Chance

We're looking for a confident Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their section.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready for the next step
n
Experience working across a busy commercial kitchen
n
Grill experience is highly desirable
n
Strong preparation and section management skills
n
The ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy services
n




A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
n
Good communication and organisation
n
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
n
