Team Leader – Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Ingelburn, NSW

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour super

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Permanent / Full time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Ingelburn facility. Standard day-shift hours with no weekend work offer excellent work-life balance while leading a high-performing team in a quick-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to meet daily KPIs and operational targets.
Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict WH&S; standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
Inventory & Systems: Maintain high inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform regular cycle counts.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:



Proven track record leading or supervising teams within a warehouse or logistics workplace.
Licences: Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is essential (Order Picker / LO is a strong advantage).
Leadership: Strong communication skills with a hands-on, leading-by-example management style.
Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with WMS platforms and basic MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
