Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations and Inbound/Outbound Management

1.1 Print and distribute daily picking lists and coordinate picking and packing operations on site;

1.2 Check goods against orders on site to ensure accuracy of product type, quantity, and labeling;

1.3 Enter inbound and outbound data into the system to ensure inventory data is synchronized;

1.4 Manage order fulfillment progress and coordinate shipment scheduling and inventory availability;

1.5 Organize regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and make timely corrections.
Daily Warehouse Management

2.1 Manage the receiving, dispatch, storage, and return of warehouse goods and maintain relevant records;

2.2 Manage the inbound and outbound movement and stacking of goods, and organize storage locations efficiently and appropriately;

2.3 Properly maintain and provide inbound and outbound documentation in a timely manner;

2.4 Conduct regular warehouse inventories and prepare relevant reports to ensure consistency between inventory records, accounts, and physical stock;

2.5 Manage customer inventory information.
Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:




Degree or educational background in logistics, economics, trade, or a related field; warehouse management experience is preferred;
Valid local work authorization and proficient German or English skills; additional language skills are an advantage;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Highly responsible and dedicated, honest and trustworthy, with valuable communication and coordination skills;
Strong team spirit and valuable team management skills.
