About the role

We're growing our stone team and looking for an experienced Stonemason who can turn their hand to the whole process — cutting and manufacturing stone in the factory, site measuring, and delivering and installing the finished product. You'll be working within a tight-knit crew of 3–5 other stonemasons, backed by a strong and consistent pipeline of work, and happy to move between manufacture and install as the job requires.

Key responsibilities
Cutting and manufacturing stone benchtops and features to job specifications
Site measuring to ensure accurate templates and fabrication
Delivering and installing finished stone on site
Working as part of a team of 3–5 stonemasons across both manufacture and install
Checking plans and drawings and interpreting the layout of materials
Smoothing, polishing and bevelling surfaces using hand and power tools
Ensuring every template meets our quality standards before cutting begins
Maintaining a secure, clean work workplace and upholding current OH&S; standards

About you
Previous experience as a stonemason across cutting/manufacturing and installation (minimum 2 years)




Willingness to cover both manufacture and install as the work requires
Ability to work well as part of a team of 3–5
Current driver's licence — site measuring, delivery and install
White Card
Ability to interpret and follow plans, schedules and job paperwork
Good communication skills and a helpful, courteous manner
Excellent time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
Commitment to current OH&S; practices and standards
