Key Responsibilities:
Oversee regional operations for a leading supplier, ensuring flawless project delivery and excellent client service
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the market share, expand relationships, and increase brand presence within the region
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and project professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, initiative, and industry knowledge
Drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure high-value projects
Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation
Keep across market trends, recent product developments,



and competitor activity to position the company as a leader in premium interior solutions

Skills & Experience:
Previous success in managing a sales team or operations within the interior products, flooring, or related sectors; or the motivation to step up
Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve and exceed targets
Deep understanding of the architectural and design industries, with established relationships with architects and interior professionals
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, pricing, and deal negotiation
