We’re excited to be partnering with a leading Australian organisation to bring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist into the team on a temporary basis.

This is a genuine end-to-end recruitment role where you’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, work across a broad range of recruitment activity and make an immediate impact.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief through to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a great experience for both the business and candidates.
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
Building robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Sourcing and identifying quality candidates through a range of channels
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Managing candidate communication and the recruitment process from start to finish
Providing market insight and recruitment advice to your stakeholders
Supporting a positive and consistent candidate experience

About you You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to get things moving.

You’ll ideally bring
Minimum 3 years experience working in an end-to-end internal TA or recruitment role




Confidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities at once
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to sourcing and recruitment
The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on candidate experience
The confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
