REV Distribution APAC (home of KNOX Hydrate) and Tobacco Market are two quick-growing startups looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day order flow, customer service, account management, and general administration across both businesses. This is a hands‑on, varied role — perfect for someone early in their career who wants to get in on the ground floor and learn how a business really runs, from the systems and processes through to customer relationships and day‑to‑day decision‑making. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and Commercial Manager, working closely with both teams to keep orders moving, customers looked after, and the business running smoothly.

What you’ll do: Order Flow Manage order processing across Woo Commerce Support invoicing and reconciliation in Xero Coordinate shipping and dispatch via Starshippit Customer Service Manage support tickets, emails, and phone enquiries Own issue resolution and follow-through to close‑out Process current customer approvals — licence checks, information verification,



and testing Run weekly delivery audits Run payment audits and monitor credit terms Check in regularly with small accounts to maintain relationships Administration Assist with day‑to‑day business operations as needed What you’ll bring: 1–3 years’ experience in operations, customer service, administration, or a similar coordination role Comfortable learning new systems — no prior Woo Commerce/Xero/Starshippit experience required, full training provided Strong attention to detail, especially with audits, approvals, and compliance checks Confident communicator across phone, email, and ticketing systems Organised self‑starter who can juggle multiple priorities across two businesses Join two startups at an early stage — real chance to grow with the business and shape how things are done A genuine chance to learn all aspects of startup and business management, not just one narrow function Varied role across two industries — FMCG (KNOX Hydrate) and wholesale distribution Full training on all systems and processes Direct exposure to both operations and commercial leadership Leichhardt-based team, on‑site collaboration
