About the role

We have an exciting prospect for an energetic and driven executive to join Strategic Collision Repair Group Pty Ltd as a Site Manager. In this role, you will oversee one of our operations in the Silverwater area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality repair services, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for meeting weekly financial forecasts, ensuring that the site consistently achieves its financial targets.

Key responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability targets, ensuring the site meets financial goals
Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance, production and revenue
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, including insurance companies, fleet operators, and individual vehicle owners, ensuring that service delivery aligns with SCRG's high standards
Manage daily operations, including workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient site operations
Ensure all site operations adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies





About you
Proven track record in site management within the smash repair industry, or current experience in the insurance sector
