About the role
Merewether SurfHouse is recruiting casual Front of House roles across the Precinct for the summer season. Exciting prospects to work with new management at this iconic coastal venue.
Positions include Bartenders, Floor Team, Section Waiters, Hosts, Runners and Bar Backs.
Key responsibilities
Bartending, floor service, section waiting, hosting, running and bar back duties as per role
Delivering service in rapid-paced busy hospitality environments
About you
Highly motivated and people-focussed
High attention to detail
Thrive in quick-paced busy hospitality environments
Experience in restaurants and bars is optimal
