About the Role

This is a flexible casual role with shifts that vary based on daily operational demand. While many shifts occur in the afternoon, this is not a fixed shift role. We are looking for people predominantly to fit in the 11am to 8pm working hours, but the site itself operated from 4am till close (latest approx. 8pm). If the later shift is unsuitable it can be noted on your application, we do have some space available for the right candidates for those who wish to work the earlier hours.

Start times may vary (including early morning, mid-day, or afternoon starts), and shift lengths can change, with some days offering shorter shifts and others longer hours.



This flexibility allows us to match staffing to workload while offering ongoing opportunities for those who are reliable and adaptable.

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks reliably.
Good attention to detail for stock tracking.
A positive attitude and commitment to showing up and doing your best.
Ability to work to performance KPIs once trained.
Reliable transport to Acacia Ridge.
Valid work visa or Australian work rights to be legally employed in Australia.
