Downer is offering a full time Boilermaker Apprenticeship based in Hexham, NSW, commencing mid-January 2027. You will be involved in the complete fabrication process, from parts prep and machinery operation to installations in office.
This hands-on role provides real project experience and a pathway into the trades. As an apprentice, you will learn to use hand tools, perform tack welding, and contribute to electrical infrastructure builds while travelling to different sites as needed.
