Job Description

Metcash is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Townsville wholesale warehouse and floor operations. You will drive secure, productive, and customer-focused service, ensuring on-time DIFOT performance and continuous improvement across the branch.

You will coach supervisors, manage budgets, workforce planning, and maintain WHS/HACCP compliance while building solid relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
