About the role

We're looking for a reliable, punctual and motivated Spray Painter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a positive and rewarding work workplace. You'll be working alongside a small, supportive team where quality matters, your work is appreciated, and everyone plays an important part in getting the job done right. As a growing business, we're expanding into different areas of the automotive trade, so no two days are exactly the same.

Our work varies from cars and to trucks and commercial vans, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse range of vehicles and projects.

Key responsibilities
Vehicle and panel preparation, priming and painting
Work across a diverse range of vehicles and projects including cars, trucks and commercial vans
Maintain a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Work independently while also being team-focused
Manage time effectively and work efficiently

About you
AUR32420 – Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology, or relevant experience/background in automotive refinishing




Experience with vehicle and panel preparation, priming and painting
A robust eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently while also being team-focused
A productive, positive and can-do work ethic
Good time management and the ability to work efficiently
Reliability and punctuality
Pride in your work and a willingness to contribute to a growing business
