About the role

Kapio is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.

You'll work with warm leads generated through the Kapio platform or other marketing tools – business owners who have already explored their funding options and are ready to speak with someone.

From there, you'll own the deal end to end: understanding the client's needs, finding the right funding solution, managing the application and getting it through to settlement.

This is a great role for someone who is confident in sales, commercially minded and enjoys building robust relationships.

What you'll be doing
Managing warm leads from first conversation through to settlement
Understanding each client's business and funding needs
Reviewing financial information and preparing lending applications
Matching clients with suitable lenders and products using Kapio's AI-driven insights
Liaising with lenders and progressing deals
Managing your own pipeline and sales targets

Confidence speaking with business owners
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand financial information
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly regarded
Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or broking
Experience packaging business loan applications
Experience working with Australian SMEs
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
