About the role

UR Connected Electrical is a family-owned Sunshine Coast business specialising in solar, battery and off-grid systems. We're expanding and looking for an experienced Solar & Battery Electrician to lead a new two-person installation crew.

Key responsibilities
Lead a two-person installation crew
Conduct residential solar and battery installations
Run installations without supervision
Maintain high standard of workmanship
Work across SE Queensland and regional areas
Travel and work away when required, including interstate projects

About you
Current QLD Electrical Licence
Current solar & battery accreditation
Robust residential solar and battery experience
Ability to confidently run installations without supervision




Current driver's licence
Reliable, organised and valuable with customers
Willing to travel and work away when required

Benefits
$55–$65/hr + super, based on experience
Dedicated work vehicle
