The Role
Advise clients on a broad range of workplace relations, employment, industrial relations, work health and safety, discrimination and diversity matters.
Manage complex regulatory, compliance, advisory and litigation matters across courts and tribunals.
Support client development, contribute to practice growth and work closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse client base.

About You




You will ideally have experience operating at Associate to Special Counsel level within a reputable workplace relations and employment practice.
You bring excellent drafting skills and the ability to deliver commercially focused advice on complex matters.
You are a proactive and team-oriented lawyer with strong business development capability and the confidence to work both independently and within a team.
