TOM People and I are working with a leading diversified investment group to recruit a Senior Treasury Analyst. With a portfolio of commercial and hospitality property assets, this organisation offers a unique prospect to join a sophisticated treasury function supporting complex funding structures and capital management activities.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will play a key role in managing liquidity, debt facilities, cash flow forecasting, covenant compliance, treasury investments, and lender reporting. This position offers broad exposure across treasury operations, strategic funding initiatives, and executive-level decision support.

Role responsibilities:




Manage short-term cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and working capital initiatives.
Maintain debt facilities, covenant compliance, and lender reporting requirements.
Support refinancing, debt restructuring, and capital management activities.
Prepare treasury reporting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis for management and board reporting.
Manage treasury investments, banking relationships, and foreign exchange activities across multiple jurisdictions.

About you:
CA, CPA or similar qualification with 5+ years of treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience.
Solid cash flow forecasting, debt management, and financial modelling capability.
Experience working with lenders, funding facilities, and covenant reporting.
Property, infrastructure, hospitality, or investment industry experience will be highly regarded.
