ATF Services is one of Australia's leading suppliers of temporary fencing and height safety solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to manage our supplier network in China from our Seven Hills office and help drive the performance of our supply chain.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking team player to manage supplier relationships in China, coordinate purchasing and logistics, negotiate pricing, and ensure products are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.

Working closely with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving cost savings, improving supply chain performance and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and purchasing activities across China
Coordinate orders, production schedules and shipments
Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
Source and assess recent suppliers and products
Monitor product quality and resolve supplier issues
Work with freight providers to ensure timely deliveries
Track stock levels, shipments and supplier performance
Help improve procurement and supply chain processes

About You





We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, communicate confidently in Mandarin and English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you'll have:
Fluent Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or logistics
Experience working with Chinese suppliers or manufacturers
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on cost, quality and service
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Positive Excel and computer skills
Australian working rights

Highly regarded
Experience in construction, manufacturing, hardware or industrial products
Knowledge of importing, freight and international logistics
Understanding of Australian Standards and quality requirements
