We are seeking a talented Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of the company at our Lidcombe office. Please note that AirRoad is planning to relocate its NSW operations from Lidcombe to Kemps Creek in Q1 2027, and this position will relocate to the new Kemps Creek site as part of this move.

Position

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organised, and possesses strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include
Greeting visitors in a friendly and qualified manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages,



and deliveries
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Scheduling appointments and meetings as requested
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, internal reporting, and national uniform orders
Provide general safety information to visitors

Criteria To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanour
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities
Good understanding in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
