Key Responsibilities




Direct day-to-day kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and service execution to ensure maximum efficiency during peak hours
Drive menu development and food preparation while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, taste, and presentation
Manage stock ordering, inventory tracking, and cost-control measures to actively minimise food wastage
Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness regulations
Deliver an engaging, qualified presence in an open-kitchen environment and assist with general hospitality duties as required
