We have an outstanding prospect for a Project Coordinator with background in telecommunications industry to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:




Prepare meeting agenda, actions and minutes
Prepare presentation packs
Produce reports from MS-Project
Support Project Managers/Team members Monitor all milestones Manage contracts and report this back to team members Work and manage multiple contracting priorities

Key Skills and Experience Required:
Strong project coordination/Support experience and the passion to unleash your potential in the project space
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, managing client's front of house customer and agents with site related queries.
Strong experience using MS project and similar project tools
Strong MS PowerPoint skills
Solid level MS Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and time-frames
You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
