Modern facilities and resources About the role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. You will:n n
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
n
Drive enrolments, occupancy and centre performance
n
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
n




Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
Drive continuous improvement across the centre
n
Support and inspire educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children
n
Create a positive and inclusive centre culture
n
Work closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals
n

About you

n

We are looking for a confident and passionate early childhood leader who has:

n

n
Previous Centre Director experience (2+ years)
n
Robust knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
n
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
A passion for delivering quality outcomes for children and families
n
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive occupancy and centre performance
n
A genuine desire to progress your career within early childhood
n
