D&N; Painting & Maintenance is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable administration qualified to join our Albury–Wodonga team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping people, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly and can spot a potential problem before it becomes a big one.
Key responsibilities will include
Providing friendly and qualified support to our customers
Supporting our team with day-to-day administration
Coordinating schedules and helping keep jobs on track
Managing payroll accurately and on time
Maintaining records and ensuring workplace compliance
Following up outstanding tasks and resolving issues
Supporting management with the daily operations of the business
We’re looking for someone who
Is highly organised and pays close attention to detail
Communicates confidently with customers and team members
Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion
Handles sensitive information professionally
Brings a practical, positive and problem-solving attitude
