Job Description
Simplot Company in Australia is recruiting a Harvesting Operations Lead to head end-to-end harvesting across peas, corn, beans and carrots in Tasmania. You will oversee safety, quality and cost targets with a large seasonal workforce and a hands-on leadership style.

Reporting to the Director of Agricultural Services, you will coordinate with field operations and manufacturing, manage relationships with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in harvesting performance across multiple sites.
