We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with (COBOL,AS400) to lead the design, development and delivery of complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and software development for complex solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across development and maintenance.
Lead analysis, design, development, testing, release and production support.
Drive code quality, scalability and long-term maintainability.
Resolve complex technical and ICT issues.
Manage technical risks and stakeholder relationships.
Lead project delivery and provide strategic technical recommendations.

Key Skills
Robust experience in Technical Leadership & Software Development.
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Solid technical design, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with software development, testing, deployment and production support.
