Job Description

CBRE Data Centre Solutions in Australia seeks a Resource Manager to lead in office workforce delivery for a hyperscale data centre operation. You will oversee rostering, performance, training, and contractor coordination to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Reporting to the Alliance Manager and Area GM, you will drive workforce planning, engage with clients and MEGT/RTOs, and ensure compliant rosters and payroll processes while maintaining solid stakeholder relationships.
