About the role

Join our agile team as a full time Production Operator in our state-of-the-art facility in Clayton, Victoria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring specialised machinery to ensure the efficient and quality production of our industry-leading products.

Key responsibilities
Operate a range of production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to the highest quality standards.
Monitor production processes, identify and resolve any issues or variances to maintain optimal output.
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain detailed production records and complete all required documentation.
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.

About you
Experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Availability to work day shift
Must hold Australian work rights
Must hold a current LF (Counterbalance) forklift licence
