Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for practice education placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities
Conduct site visits & evaluations - regularly check in with social work students and practice education supervisors.
Manage placement records, assess student performance, identify and address any placement issues promptly.
Ensure educational & ethical standards – Help integrate social work theory with practice, ensures compliance with ethical guidelines, facilitates reflective learning through supervision and feedback integrative seminars, and other teaching and associated activities.
