We are currently seeking a highly organised, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator.

About the role

As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.

Key responsibilities
Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for all company services
Managing front desk operations while maintaining a well-presented reception area
Processing payments accurately, including cash, cheque, and EFTPOS transactions
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Scheduling jobs and appointments
Sorting, registering, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinating courier pickups and deliveries
Assisting with customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Performing general data entry, filing and record keeping
Managing stock, including monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, receiving and recording deliveries, organising storage areas, and assisting with stock take and inventory control

Previous experience within the IT industry or a similar technical setting (not essential)

Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, skills, and performance.
